Motivate long projects

Each school year, we run long projects mainly for secondary students; we also run linked primary/secondary projects when schools indicate they would like this. The webpages for current long projects are not accessible to non-participants, but you can see the resources used in previous years.

Topics covered include:

• codes and the Enigma machine
• comparing life in different countries
• cosmology for beginners
• discovering maths and science
• experiments in astronomy
• how diseases spread
• maths and sport
• space science
